Quotations and bookings
Quotations are based on the information and photographs provided. A quotation may be reviewed if the item, size, condition, material, access or requested scope differs materially on inspection. A booking is confirmed only through direct communication with ARA Clean Malta.
Access and preparation
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the item, along with any agreed facilities. Personal items should be removed from and around furniture before the appointment. Marine work may require separate marina permission and access arrangements.
Materials, stains and outcomes
Cleaning outcomes vary. Complete stain or odour removal is not guaranteed, particularly where marks are old, chemically altered, deeply absorbed or linked to permanent material damage. We may decline or limit treatment where inspection indicates an unacceptable risk.
Drying
Drying time depends on material, ventilation, weather, construction and method. Customers should follow the drying guidance given and avoid using an item before it is adequately dry.
